This is the first time I've blogged but I'm feeling pretty good this week. Finished my 7th mini marathon on Saturday! Turned 48 on Monday and wasn't even sore!!! Today I walked with my school walking club (7 boys in 4th - 7th grade) and it was a great walk. Starting to train for the Breast Cancer 3day walk in Atlanta in October. Just a great week!

Thanks. I did get a bike for my birthday. First one I have had forever. Thought I'd take a ride around the block (3 miles). Forgot that biking uses different muscles that walking. Found that I will have to work up to going around the block but I'll get there!
