I live about 20 minutes from Boston and my heart has been aching. It's always crazy to see things like this on the news, and then it happens in your own backyard and it's unreal.

Good Luck Rich! It isn't easy to lose weight, but if you were able to quit smoking you can do this!!! It's all in the attitude - and if I remember correctly, you have plenty of that!!

good luck rich. you are trying to lose weight and i am trying to gain it. i have a supper high metabolism, so weight gain is very hard for me.

The above post was actually written a few weeks back but I had saved it as a draft and didn't realize it. lol Sometimes I am an idiot. lol I peaked at 239lbs, which I failed to mention. I am currently weighing in at 222.0lbs. I need to drop 22 more lbs and I will be happy and where I wish to be.
