Thanks Merlin.
I'm the same,I just need a little bit of help sometimes with some name ideas. But with these two babies I just don't have any ideas.Or I just have lack of sleep(I've been on the web, searching for names until very late at night, lol)and can't think straight, lol.
Anyway,I started a name thread so people are more likely to answer on there,'cause the letter is shorter.

Jacky, firstly congrats! That's excellent news! Can't wait to see them
Regarding the feeding question - I don't understand why the breeder was feeding live in the first place, there usually isn't a need for it, and it can make things very difficult later on. Try them with f/t but don't be surprised if they don't eat straight away because they will be settling in. If in a few weeks they haven't taken f/t there are plenty of tricks you can try before resorting to live, but a warmed up f/t should go down a treat.
Also, re. the vitamins, we have never used extra vitamins on any of our snakes' food - we thought about adding some calcium powder to the females who have had eggs this year, but didn't bother, and all our snakes are healthy and fine. It isn't necessary, but it won't hurt either, (although the smell might put the snake off!, best just to add to part of the rat/mouse if you're going to use it), purely up to you.

Thanks Rachel The reason he feeds live in the beginning is because he doesn't feel that f/t food is good enough. As soon as the snakes need bigger food he gives freshly killed rats, because he is against live feeding because of the danger and stress it can cause to the snakes. And also to avoid stress for the live rat, which is actually a nice thought, but then I don't understand why he feeds the babies live.Even ratpups feel the fear of death.
I didn't know that he feeds live in the beginning and was a bit shocked to tell you the truth. He said that the first feeding I do I can still give a live rat pup (the hairy ones which have their eyes already open and hopping around, but can't hurt the snake). And if they shouldn't eat I could leave it overnight and when I hear a squick I will know the rat is eaten .I was thinking 'yea, right,I certainly won't do that when there are other ways!'
That's why I need you for support to wish me luck, because I'm very nervous about that first feeding day.Although both of them were pretty curious all the time and didn't go into a ball at the breeders',but now they are together for the first time and also in a new home,so,even if they are one of the best eaters from the batch, this is no guarantee that they will eat for me.
The breeder said I could feed them pretty soon, but I will give them more time to settle in.I will try on Saturday night.I'll keep you posted.

In all fairness there are some species that can be tricky to get started feeding as hatchlings. After all for most snakes domestic mice are not their normal prey and look and smell different. However after a couple of feedings most will take prekilled or frozen.
On the subject of F/T not being good enough, that's not necessarily true. Granted if the feeders have been laying around a freezer for a couple of years and are so freezer burned that they are little more than dry husks, then yes, I would agree that they are not good enough. And I would immediately change suppliers! However I have never heard of proof that there is any significant difference between the nutrition of fresh as opposed to fresh and properly handled F/T. Think about it. If this were true than all the foods that we eat are basically worthless since almost everything we eat has been frozen at one time.

This is so true Merlin.I was buying some food for my snakes today and the salesman told me that they don't give any extras because they know that their frozen rats and mice are good fed. This I'm glad about .He's one of the better salesman at a pet store, but the keeping of their animals still could be better.
