Tipping Over water bowl.........
Im at wits ends how to water my darn BP large buckets of water, crock bowl that are heavy are getting turned over and the cage drenched with water. She won't be watered until I can figure out a way(without screwing it down) to stabablize a bowl of water. The vision cage she is in, she explores at night and wedges herself between the groves and then falls on it and tips it or maybe just as she moves over it. So any sugg woiuld be helpful.

Well sounds like you need a heavy waterbowl, possibly move it out from whatever corner it is in so she doesn't wedge herself inbetween it and tip it over that way. Water tipping is annoying, the only balls that were doing it here this year were gravid females, thankfully they stopped doing it once their laid their eggs (not saying yours is gravid lol probably just exploring and just keeps water tipping).

For Talyn, who likes to tip bowls of water, I have a double bowl: a water-container inside another bigger container, so that if/when it gets tipped, it doesn't drench the whole terrarium and substrate. It also makes the daily water changes easier: not a lot of substrate stuck to the underside of the bowl. I find that the lower and flatter the container, the more difficult it is for them to tip: I use some of the ceramic baking dishes (corning-ware?)
I'm not sure what kind of terrarium you have, but if you can fix things onto the walls: use ring-screws and hang a little bird feeder container on the wall of the terrarium. (I use these for our GTPs.)

For my big russian rat snake I use a cat litter box, which is so great for snakes;big snakes can soak in them so perfect!

Now that's a solution that I never would have come up with! It's clever, but it looks pretty heavy for frequent water changes. Your BP is still seriously trying to tip it though!
The only problem I see with it, is if she wants to soak in there. (My BP never soaks, but some do.) The reason that tips so easily is that it's made of light-weight plastic and it's quite high. I prefer the really low ceramic dog-bowl style, or corning ware baking dishes for my snakes.

I agree...if she wants to soak there's no way for her to fit...I'd either switch to a cat litter box like Jacky suggested or a low profile baking dish like Andrea mentioned. That way your BP can soak to her heart's content without tipping the dish over and making a big soggy mess for you to clean up.
