Are you feeding F/T? If so, get a temp gun and make sure the mouse/rat is warmed up to about 100F/40C before offering it to the snakes. (That's the normal body temp of a mouse)
If Monty's hungry and I've warmed it properly, he snaps it up without a lot of the "dead mouse dancing" routine.
Good luck... that's the most frustrating thing about ball pythons and why I LOVE feeding my Rainbow Boa, Talyn... she's eaten for me EVERY time without problems!

If you handle them while they are trying to settle into their new homes, they won't eat for you...leave them alone for a solid week and then try to feed them again. Just go in the cages to change the water every other day...
I have an adult that just ate after a 6 month fast....he's a stubborn one!

It is completely normal for a reptile to go off feed after a change in location. You mentioned 2 snakes. Do you have them in together? if so I would separate them and see if that changes anything. If the snake is suddenly changed to a new habitat and then another snake is also confined in there with him the stress could be causing the fast.
