I think you'll find mention of what you need in the other thread you posted about this, but if you want one condensed down to a list i'd go with something along the line of this...

1. A tank or enclosure with secure locking lid
2. Bedding or substrate
3. Under the tank heater or ceramic heat emmiter (go by tank size)
4. Clamp lamp (or two if you use a ceramic heat emitter)
5. Basking lightbulb (go by tank size)
6. A hide (snake should be able to hide itself completely in this)
7. A water dish (snakes entire body should fit inside this)
8. 2 digital thermometers, preferably ones with probes (one for each side of the tank)
I would also suggest getting a lamp timer for the basking bulb.

Many of these things can be found or substituted with things from other stores.

Clamp lamp, thermometers, even lightbulbs can be purchased at a hardware store, or even a walmart/kmart/whatever, along with the lamp timer.
A water dish and a hide can be built yourself, like for example two cat litter plans, one for water, one flipped upside down with a hole cut in it for the hide.
