Rudeman the Beautiful Ball

My Rudeboy was just so impressive after his shed today I couldn't help myself...heres a great picture of him right after emerging from the shed lair:

Look at how light he is!
Ahh...I love him!
That hide (secondary hide) gets nice and warm on top. Thats mainly why I keep it in there in his basking area. He loves it.

Re: Rudeman the Beautiful Ball

Very nice. I love reptiles just after they shed. So shiny and vibrant.
Just a question though. Why the pic of the butt in the second one?lol

Re: Rudeman the Beautiful Ball

You can`t tell in this pic too much but his coloration looks way diffrent then the usual ball python. Lately he`s developed a color that remembles the pastel morphs. Id like to get a better pic of him. And he`s really plump because he just ate a fairly large, pregnant mouse two days ago. He chased that thing down

"He chased that thing down"
Do you feed live? If so have you tried/considered fresh kill or frozen/thawed? It's a bit safer for the snake
