trouble shedding

hi my snakes trying to have her first shed with me, an well shes not haveing a good time at it, its all comming off in parts an yucky I dont what to do for her
anything help

BPs are notorious for that problem. It's a humidity issue. You can give a good soak and the skin should come off. Another more simple option is to put snake and a wet towel in a wet pillowcase, tie it off and leave it overnight in the cage. the snake moving in the wet towel will remove the skin.

i cant hurt my snake anyway doing that?? its all off her head thought soo im glad about that.

Nope a pillowcase is no different than a snake bag. In fact many people use pillowcases to make their snakebags!
