Trike - and kids
My dad was in a motorcycle accident when he was 18 years old and lost the use of his right arm. He wanted to still be able to ride, but found that a 2 wheeler was just too difficult to control with one functioning arm. As a result, he built himself what is know as a "trike".
Here are some shots of it while I was away camping. My mom and dad drove up on the bike to visit. Since building his first one over 25 years ago, he has since begun building and selling them. Amber and Cody on the Trike Cody alone Cody again, he didn't want to get off. lol |

Re: Trike - and kids
Hello,
Trikes aren't everyones thing. This bike is extremely unique. The entire front end is Harley, the entire rear quarter is an old volkswagon bug. lol The engine is customised however and has harley parts incorporated all throughout. As I said before, I am no photographer. I really didn't capture how attractive the bike really is. It doesn't help that we have camp things drapped on it. My dad has one all sorts of awards for his bike. |

Re: Trike - and kids
Looks cool, and the kids are cuties! I've seen bikes like that around here -- they actually appeal to me, as they seem a little safer than a regular motorcycle. Plus more cargo room! I wonder if they'd still allow them on the carpool lanes?
