That would be correct, plus knowing how your light and settings work with the photos you are taking with any camera. I have fabulous photos from my OBX trip and surprisingly the point and shoot ones were better, simply because I'm still figuring out my new SLR. I know my point and shoot like the back of my hand.

I'm going to an art school next year, and when I get in the 10th grade I'll be taking photography classes, I believe.
We're going to work with 30mm film cameras... Hahh.
I'm so excited. :]]
I can't wait to tune my art skills.
We're gonna learn all kinds of things, from painting to computer graphics.


I don't know enough about SLRs to know what kind I should get.
Alot of it's totally confusing. Hahha.
And it's soooo difficult for me to save up money...
I always find a new reptile I want. x]


Today my kitty cat had to go to the vet.
He broke his leg. :[[
We had to leave him there for x-rays and stuff.
I'm soooooo worried.

Yeah... She's a sweetie! Especially if you pet her exactly when she wants it and how she wants it. But if you go one second to long....



Now Here is my REAL sweety. This is Spooky. She weighs about 12 lbs. And the basket she is laying in is about 8"x12"...

And he decided that I should get a close up of him. He had been on Brett's leg and then all of a sudden took a flying leap to his shoe. Silly boy!

Have fun with art school. I did that all through high school and in college I was an illustration major. Now I do graphic design and paint children's murals.

I learned on my mom's old 35 mm camera. It takes great photos. you can find used film cameras dirt cheap these days.

About the cameras, we saw a Canon 30mm film camera with two extra lenses for five dollars at a yardsale.
Most of it was still in the packaging!
I would have gotten it if we didn't already have one here...

The only thing with film cameras is the fact that you can't edit the picture or see the picture after you take it.
Other than that, I see no problem with them. H

Oh the tragedy! How today's society is so full of instant gratification. And you can edit it. When you get the film developed, you can ask for the negs to be put onto a disk.

All us old farts couldn't wait to get our photos back from the drug store... wondering about the fun stuff we took.
