Yup, do just what Savannah said. Let them stick with mom until their first molt. Any time before that and they could die, and any longer after that and mom may eat them.
To seperate them, use a tweezers or a Q-tip or something. Anything that will work really, but it's definately a pain in the butt

Keep them in seperate containers. The little plastic cups you get at some fast food places (like Arby's) that are meant for condiments work great. Keep the babies the same as you would the adults. Feed them at least once a week, but I'm not sure exactly how much to feed them. You can try twice a week, or maybe more, as long as they'll eat. Just don't let them dehydrate, but don't drown them either. Babies do tend to be more difficult than the adults, and you may lose some, but they're usually not too bad
