My scorpion is a new mom!
I have baby scorpions! I was just checking up on all the inverts, and opened up my Centruroides margaritatus enclosure. I hadn't seen her in over a week. I was expecting to find her hiding, and then lightly mist the enclosure. It turns out she is COVERED in scorplings. There's a lot of them too, but I didn't count them cause I didn't want to bother mom. No wonder she had such an appetite! I bought her this summer and did not expect her to be gravid at all, so this was a nice surprise. I'll get pics as soon as possible. These are my first ever scorplings. Anyone want some C. margs?
In the mean time, here's a pic of mom before the babies.

I hope the babies do well and you can find nice homes for them. Good luck!

I can always set some aside for people here too, as long as I know you really want some. I'm not sure how much they'll be yet, I've got to find out what's fair for scorplings of this species.
