A scorpion is an arachnid. Arachnids are inverts along with insects, bugs, shrimp, crabs, etc

But don't arachnids have to have 8 legs? - as moldy said? Curious..??

Yes they do. Scorpions do have 8 legs, don't they?

Well, I am trying to figure that out from the pic  I was just going on what Moldy said - "4 legs",. ?? Anyone ?

Yes 8 legs, Maybe Moldy meant 4 legs per side?
Even insects have 6.

Hmm yeah, 4 did seem a little low  Cheers Merlin, just interested. Well, no matter how many legs they have I certainly wouldn't want one crawling over me!!!
