What a cutie. A bit of advice for you, Dont let your T climb up that high, if he/she falls its byebye T and hello splatter time. They are very fragile creatures, so just be careful.

As savannah said, id keep it in a low tank with about 3 inches of peat on the bottom. A larger KK would be much better to use.

They are so cute. I would love to play with mine but he has made a web fortress. It is all over the glass and bottom.

Uh I hate to tell you but you wont get bit by that T. Youll get haired to death though , and only bit if you really really make them mad.

As a G. rosea is a New World T, they are hair flickers, and rub their abdomen and kick the hairs at you. They do it fast too, which all the hairs do is make youitch and burn for a min or two depending on the T. Old World on the other hand are biters, and not for a starter T. OBTs and Poces are a big no if you are just starting out, sorry if others feel diffrent, but thats the way I look at it.

Also what are you using for water and for substrate? Do not use cotton or a sponge in the water.
