Hey all,

I was just visiting home from summer camp,
and I found a rather proud male and plump female.

I was just wondering if you could give me a few pointers
about pregnant Anoles?

You might try gently feeling her belly. If you feel a few round things in there she may have eggs. You might also look on her sides and see if there are round sort of bulges.

you could also try putting his in a clear dish and shining a light up from underneath to see if you can see anything in her belly.

yes a clear object will allow you to see any eggs

i had anoles once upon a time, she laid her eggs in the moss/dirt substrate, the eggs didn't survive, but it was still neat.

Well actually she was swollen with eggs. You see female anoles lay one egg every two weeks. The eggs then hatch @ around 30-45 days.
