What are his temps? (i see you listed the cool side, but not the warm side) What I said about the Tokay also applies to the anole. A reptile wont eat unless they have the proper temps.

i dont know what to do he cant move he wont eat he did before set it down and it would be gone. he is like paralized from his neck down I tried to force feed him he would just spit the cric up he didnt even try to close his mouth he just threw it

I wouldn't advise force feeding. The stress it causes them usually outweighs any benefit it may potentially bring. The best thing to do is make sure his environmen is correct. Exposure to UVB lighting, a temperature gradient of around 80 degrees at the warm end and 70 degrees at the cool end, plenty of plants for climbing and hiding in, and proper humidity levels.
