Sorry for such a odd question but my 10 yr old son has a Bahama Anole and was curious as how to tell what sex it was? And if adding additional Anoles, should it be a female specifically or another male? how does 4 get along in say a 35 gallon tank?

Don't mix two males, they will almost always fight (even if not right away) and one will ultimately die. If your going to mix males and females, have one male, and at least two females, this takes some pressure off of one female. Multiple females are usually the best bet.

As for tank size, I think the suggestion is 10 gallons per anole, however that is more for green anoles, I personally would'nt keep any more then 3 Anoles in a 35 gallon tank.

And for sexing, generally males attain a larger size, and have a more prominent dewlap, males will also have two large scales by there vent, which females lack.
