first of all be SURE it's a female. Look out for a lot of head bobbing. When I put a male in with my female (I have brown anoles btw) She hid from him for the first day, the second day they mated, and now they snuggle at night. head bobbing is territorial, my female still bobs at the new guy even though he's twice her size, she's a spunky little girl. head bobbing is also a mating display, the male will probably flare his dewlap at her and she will flare back too, although hers probably wont be as stunning.

well is there a difference in the head bobbing for territorial display, and mating.
you mean are there different bobbing patterns? Maybe rich or one of the other seasoned members will correct me if im wrong, but when she bobbed to accept mating him, it looks exactly the same as when she bobs at him when he's in her way. so i dont think theres a difference, unless they fight

also do you need to quarantine the new addition before introducing the newest addition to the terrarium, and if you need to how should the quarantine terrarium be set up.
you should quarantine them, I've hear up to a month. i didn't quarantine mine (shame on me) but they were from the same shipment of anoles, and i haven't had any probs, still this is a case of do as i say not as i do. The tank should probably be basic, since it is temporary, but still have a couple branches, a hide, and a basking area. after you get it checked out and are sure it's healthy, you can put it in the nice tank

okay and while they are in quarantine what should i look for.
You need to make sure they have no bugs/mites, they are eating right and deficating regularly. You are looking for any type of illness. You also want to make sure the quarantine tank is simple with paper towel as the substrate.

ok and any plastic plants and is 1 month the time.
One month should be the absolute minimum.
Most suggest 60-90 days!
