Holy Wigglin' Eggies Batman!

They're moving they're moving!!!

We are anxiously awaiting the momentous occasion of our first hatchlings, and in the last couple of days, the eggs have begun to twitch ever so slightly. We know it's not just our imaginations considering one of the eggs has actually crept a bit from its original position. Plus, you can see where the vermiculite on which they are kept has been pressed away about 1mm around the eggs.

Keep your fingers crossed for us, we lost every egg we had last season and are VERY excited about this season's prospects!

You guys wouldn't believe how wound up we are for this... the eggies were really active last night, and they've rounded out so much! We're hoping for wee fatties before we head out to Cory's hometown on Friday for Christmas. No worries, we have a VERY experienced herpsitter lined up for the week we'll be gone, LOL.

OH, by the way, the eggs that are about to hatch are from two 100% hets for amelanistic... the pics could be quite interesting when they get here!

That is fantastic! I can only imagine what it is like to breed and care for eggs like that.

Hopefully I will share the experience in a couple of years. Keep us Posted!
