What is the ideal humidity needed for AFT's? I read books and it never really told me a specific humidity percentile. What percent do I want to try and achieve in the tank during the day and night?![]()

I'd shoot for 50%. You want more humid than a leo, but less humid than tropical.

So around 50% all the time? Or more/less during the day/night?
I've been checking out the tank humidity during the day and night.
During the day I turn on my lamp so they can acquire the heat needed, but it drys up the tank to about 35% I would say. In the evening I just turn the lamp off and the humidity raises to about 50-60%. Am I on track or should it be more humid during the day?![]()
You are pretty good on track, as long as there is a moist hide in there too. Humidity will drop with the lights drying things out, but up when they go off.
