I would try adding a small dab of aintibacterial ointment on the sore. Keep up the lukewarm baths also, and if you don't already have one in, put a small dish of water in its tank. I could be wrong about the ointment but it would be my best bet... If anyone knows that I am wrong PLEASE correct me!

Do you have a moist hide for your AFT? What are her humidity levels like?
If the sore looks infected please don't hesistate to take her to the vet. If it is only a small wound I would clean it daily with betadine and probably put her on a solid substrate like paper towel or carpet to prevent contamination.

I'm on a work computer so I can't pull up a caresheet for you but I highly advise that you review your husbandy. Not eating and having bad sheds would be enough to make me talk ot a vet.
Please get a humidity guage and tell us a little more about your husbandry.
Temps?
cage size?
diet?
light cycle?
humidity?

Another thing you can get to help get rid of the shed is "shed ease" it's a sheddign aid and it worked fairly well with my lizards just follow the instructions.

Re: shedding problem
Well I dont know much about this its never happened to my Zack-i-backi before; but all I can sujest is an old cricket tub with a wide door cut out of it ( make sure there arn't any shap edges!) and filled with damp moss. My Zack loves it I usually put one in his tank when he's sheding.
Hope he gets better! 0-)--(-----
